The things clients usually ask before booking gaming or cinema on the van.
No. We handle all public screening licensing, local authority paperwork and audio transmission logistics as part of the Pop-Up Drive-In Cinema add-on (static hire rate + £100 +VAT), you just pick the film and the venue.
Yes. Static Hire, from £399 +VAT for a 3-hour burst or £899 +VAT for a full 8-hour day, is built for launches, activations and private events, with full control over live screen updates. Drive-in cinema, outdoor gaming and live audio add-ons are available on the same day.
Billboard hire requires a 50% deposit to secure your booking, which becomes non-refundable if the job is cancelled within a week of the hire date. Minimum hire length is 3 hours, with better rates the longer you book. One-off video/design projects have no minimum term. Ongoing retainers, such as social media management and YouTube channel management, run as monthly packages, with a 3-month minimum commitment on YouTube management specifically.
It's a van fitted with high-brightness, daylight-visible LED screens: two 176-inch side panels (4m x 2m) and a 98-inch rear panel (1.5m x 2m), 19 sqm of combined display. The three screens can run independently, link together for a 3D depth effect, or combine into one continuous wrap-around display. It plays MP4 video or JPEG/PNG graphics, has an onboard speaker system, and connects to laptops, games consoles or a built-in Starlink connection for live streaming.
Yes. Our regular mobile billboard routes are focused on Aberdeen City Centre, Inverurie & Stonehaven, but the van also travels further afield for private hire, and we've taken it as far as Dumbarton and Dundee. Custom routes are available on request. Digital services, including social media management, video production, brand identity and web development, are available anywhere.
