Private hire comes in three formats. Static means the van parks at your chosen location for the duration, with full onboard Starlink access for live web streaming. Mobile means it broadcasts along one of our pre-mapped high-footfall routes: retail parks, Aberdeen beach front, and similar. Custom means we map a route specifically around your target demographic's actual locations, built for your brief rather than a generic circuit.

Entry point is a 3-hour activation burst: £399 +VAT for static, £449 +VAT for mobile, £499 +VAT for custom. A full 8-hour day runs £899, £1,099 or £1,299 +VAT respectively. Multi-day bookings get progressively cheaper per day, dropping as low as £549 to £949 +VAT/day once you're booking 7 or more days. If a booked slot overruns, overtime is billed at £75 to £125/hour depending on service type, so there's no penalty for running a few minutes over.

The onboard Starlink connection means the van isn't just a screen, it's a live broadcast point. Product reveals can stream in real time, a launch event can go live to social simultaneously, and location isn't a constraint the way it would be with a fixed venue relying on local wifi.

Mostly product launches, retail activations, and private functions where a single day needs to make an impact rather than accumulate exposure over weeks. If your event already has a fixed footprint (a specific street, a specific car park, a specific stretch of beach), static or custom hire tends to make more sense than mobile, since you're optimising for dwell time with a captive audience rather than passing footfall.
