Ryan Reid trains people at partner gyms, outdoors and in their own homes, and he coaches people living with Type 1 diabetes. He was getting enquiries through a Gmail address, which is fine for a favour but not for a business people are trusting with their health. He needed a website that says who he is within seconds, shows his prices up front and makes booking a free first chat easy, plus an email address to match.

We built it from scratch as a custom web development project: eleven pages covering personal training, nutrition, Type 1 diabetes coaching, about Ryan, pricing, FAQs and contact, plus the privacy, terms and cookie pages. Every page has its own title and description, structured data and a sitemap, so Google can read it properly.

The design hangs on one strong photo of Ryan, big plain headlines and a single bright accent colour, so it feels like him rather than a template. On a phone, the free consultation button follows you down the page.

We gave Flabuless a palette with real character: deep charcoal, warm cream and a single hit of bright lime that does the shouting. The lime only ever appears on dark backgrounds or as a bold button, so it stays punchy and easy to read.

Ryan already had a logo he was attached to, so we kept it. His original was black and red, with the web address built into the artwork. We kept the torso-in-an-oval mark, recoloured it in the new white and lime, and took the web address out so the mark stands on its own. The old logo and the new site now look like they were made together.

Ryan also took our hosting with email plan. His site now runs on fast, secure hosting we look after, and his business email sits on his own domain instead of a Gmail address. The contact form is linked straight to it, so every enquiry lands in a proper business inbox and every reply comes from a name people can trust.

One live, fast, mobile-friendly site at flabulessfitness.co.uk, one professional email address behind it, and one supplier looking after both. Visitors get a clear picture of what Ryan offers and what it costs, and Ryan looks like exactly what he is: a properly set-up business.
